The details that matter

Cookie notice

A consent-first foundation for the technologies used on this website.

Current position

The public website is designed to operate without advertising technology or optional analytics cookies. Essential storage used for security, routing or a user's explicit preference does not require a marketing consent choice.

Essential technologies

Future authenticated and guest experiences may require short-lived session, anti-forgery, rate-limit and consent-preference technologies. They will be narrowly scoped, secured and documented with their purpose and duration before use.

Optional technologies

Analytics, personalisation or marketing technologies will not load before the appropriate consent when consent is required. Refusing an optional category will not block the core public information or purchased celebration service.

Managing consent

If optional technologies are introduced, visitors will be able to accept, refuse and later change granular preferences. The production notice will list each provider, purpose and lifetime, and will link to the preference control.

Changes and contact

A verified privacy contact and policy change date will be provided before optional tracking is enabled.

Partner Referral Tracking

When you visit through an approved partner link, we ask permission to recognise the referral. Acceptance enables both methods below. Declining or ignoring the request enables neither.

Referral Cookie: The secure, first-party mco-introduction cookie remembers the introduction until one hour from your original arrival, not from acceptance or an authentication-code request. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS. It contains signed context and a browser proof, not your email, payment details or login authority. It is removed earlier after successful initial account setup or withdrawal.

Referral-Aware Navigation: Signed referral information is carried between eligible public website links using the same deadline, without the browser proof. Private Host/admin, Guest capability, Stripe and external links are excluded. With cookies blocked, page-memory continuity may be lost on refresh, a new tab or another browser/device.

The mco-introduction-choice session cookie remembers acceptance or refusal. It contains only a signed choice, not a partner or visitor identifier. Some browsers restore session cookies when a previous session is reopened. Refusals are respected while that preference remains available.

You may withdraw through the controls on this page or our Privacy Notice. Your decision does not affect ordinary browsing, registration, prices or package access. Account-linked withdrawal requires sign-in, as explained below.

Partner introduction preferences

You can stop both referral continuity methods here. If the introduction is linked to your account, sign in first to withdraw account-level consent. Using this control while signed out changes browser preferences only; it does not confirm account-level withdrawal. Existing financial records are not erased. For help, contact support@momentsandco.events.

Little Moments game progress

After a Guest chooses an adventure or interacts with the game, Little Moments uses first-party browser session storage to remember the selected difficulty, found items and earned stamps in that tab. Opening the welcome screen does not create a new empty progress record; existing progress can still be restored.

For Design the Wedding Cake, this also includes your chosen cake shape, icing, decorations and their positions, topper and stand. A small session preference remembers whether the first-play guide has been started or skipped. Cake designs stay in this browser session; they are not sent to the Host or stored in the Moments&Co database. Cake pictures are created and downloaded on your device.

No child's name is stored in game progress. Progress is not sent to Hosts or stored in the Moments&Co database, and is not used for advertising, referrals, profiling or analytics. Session storage has no fixed timed expiry, and browser session restoration may retain it. Clearing session storage removes the remembered progress. Blocking storage does not block play, but progress may be lost on reload.

Optional certificate names stay in temporary device memory and are not transmitted. Downloaded certificates may contain the name entered by the parent. This game storage is separate from optional referral recognition.
